As a team leader in patient care, you will delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary staff, ensuring quality outcomes, supporting unit and departmental goals, and reflecting the company's philosophy of nursing.

• Registered nurse diploma (required)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)

• None required

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Clinical specialty certification (preferred)

• Good organizational and time‑management skills, self‑directed
• Good judgement
• Good interpersonal skills

• Use the nursing process in patient care delivery
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients and families
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources (human and fiscal)
• Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes
• Promote customer satisfaction, employee morale, and professional nursing improvement
• Adapt behavior to the specific patient population and communication style requirements
• Perform other related duties as required

• May involve lifting 10–100 pounds of force occasionally or frequently, with physical demands above sedentary work
• Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases is routine
• Risk of exposure to hazardous medications and waste exists through routine clinical tasks
