Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant (RA) – Anderson Memory Care

Anderson Memory Care is an award‑winning Alzheimer’s and Dementia assisted living community in Slidell. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide assistance with activities of daily living to our residents. CNA certification is required.

Resident Assistant Pay rate starting at $14 per hour. Weekend shift differential of $3 per hour means you will make $17 per hour if you pick up weekend shifts.

Current shifts needed: Full‑time and part‑time day shifts 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

• High‑school graduate or equivalent.
• Patience, passion to serve seniors, and desire to make a difference in their lives each day.
• 1‑year experience with seniors preferred.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Respond to residents’ call system promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrate good decision‑making skills.
• Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow‑up as required.
• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Possess teamwork skills.
