Schedule:

Night Shift (7p–7a) | 36 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Med Surg/Telemetry unit.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical professional with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient and family educational needs and provide appropriate teaching.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Delegate and manage nursing resources effectively.
• Monitor patient outcomes and promote quality improvement initiatives.
• Support patient satisfaction and uphold professional nursing standards.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.

• Strong Med Surg/Telemetry clinical knowledge
• Proficiency with EMR systems and computer applications
