Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse– Emergency Room Schedule
Day shift, 12 hour in day, 36hr in a week
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its fast-paced Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support positive patient outcomes in an acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care needs
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate and coordinate nursing resources appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer applications
