Pontchartrain Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and service-driven Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our exceptional team. As the first point of contact for our clients, our CSRs play a vital role in shaping the client experience, fostering trust, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for both pets and their people.
In this leadership role, you’ll deliver outstanding client service while helping guide our front desk operations. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and educating clients on our services. You’ll also support daily workflows, mentor and train fellow CSRs, and help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, efficiency, and professionalism.

Schedule:
Flexible full-time position with either a 5/8 or 4/10 schedule
Availability needed Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $16-19 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 3+ years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative attitude
