Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.;
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift, including scheduling, safety, security, and profitability.;
Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.;
Manage crew and training, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.;
Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
