Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions;
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures;
Cleans kitchen after preparation and maintains cleanliness and stock areas;
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed;
Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies
