Position SummaryOur members enjoy shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of our hard‑working, friendly associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide front‑line customer service in the deli. Your role supports smooth operations and a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high‑quality products are safeguarded and available for members.
- Maintain clean shelves, verify temperature control, expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality foods.
- Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and arrangements.
- Keep the workstation clean, sanitized, and ready for members.
- Support safety by following all procedures, performing safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Handle claims, returns, zoning, and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area.
- Provide customer service: identify member needs, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products.
- Follow food‑handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, adhere to cold‑chain procedures, and report equipment issues.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
