Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to the needs of the business, working in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future production and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner: Drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates the brand; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implements related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service / Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
