Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. What you’ll doOnline order fill associates shop for customers and choose the right items, ensuring accurate orders. The position is fast‑paced, covering all departments and often requiring juggling tasks while helping in‑store customers. Order fillers dispense orders and engage customers throughout the process. Shift intensity can increase during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
