As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager at Quik Trip, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting store operations and helping your team succeed. From delivering excellent customer service to reinforcing operational standards, you'll be part of the team that keeps things running smoothly and creates a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Under the guidance of the Store Manager and in coordination with other Assistant Managers, you will promote teamwork, uphold company policies, and support a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment. You'll also help train and develop clerks on your shift, contributing to a consistent, high-performing team culture through hands-on leadership and a commitment to growth.

Skills:

Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

  Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events).
• Physical / Environment:
  Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
• Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs
