This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Supreme Ford of Slidell, located in Slidell, LA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory, and staying informed about the automotive industry. Additional responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and managing follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales or negotiation skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Basic knowledge of automotive products or a willingness to learn about vehicle specifications and features
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools
• Motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• High school diploma or GED required; prior sales experience in the automotive industry or similar fields is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
