Lifetime Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants/Canvassers to join the Baton Rouge team. This active, field-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, speaking with people, and want to grow into a high-earning sales position.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—generating leads, setting up roof inspections, and helping homeowners take the first step toward a better roof.

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections
• Work alongside a salesperson and keep their inspection calendar full
• Track activity with a simple notebook and text/call system (no tech headaches)
• Market services by distributing flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials
• Report activity and results daily to the sales/management team
• Learn real sales skills that can take your income to the next level

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM – Dark (2–3 evenings per week minimum)
• Saturdays:
  Required after 9 AM company meeting, then canvassing into the evening
• Training in house:
  Group sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
