Landscape Enhancements Crew Member Laborer

You will schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, one-of-a-kind services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Work may involve reviewing contracts to ascertain service, machine, and workforce requirements; answering inquiries from potential customers regarding methods, material, and price ranges. You will also be responsible for preparing estimates according to labor, material, and machine costs.

• Following all instructions given by the Enhancements Crew Leader, Supervisor, and/or Manager.
• Thoroughly understanding and compling with all company policy and safety standards.
• Desire to learn and perform all aspects of the role including but not limited to:
  • Plant layout
  • Change-out and/or new installation of annuals and perennials
  • Pruning and deadheading plants
  • Installation of other outdoor features including
    • Water features
    • Decking
    • Low-voltage lighting
    • Drainage
  • Maintaining a clean workplace, taking care of equipment and vehicles, professionally representing the company brand.

• Previous experience in landscape or similar industry preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand landscape and irrigation plans.
• The ability to accept actionable advice from leadership.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is a big plus.
• A valid Class D driver’s license with a clean MVR is a plus.

• $16.25 per hour

6 months landscape Industry or related field preferred

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degrees)

Driver's License (Class D and above) and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) a plus.
