Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Technicians with 2+ years of previous powersports mechanic experience are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑sides, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for powersports.
Duties- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire installation, fluid services, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, and drivability concerns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
- Use diagnostic equipment, power tools, and specialized service tools to complete repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed.
- Complete manufacturer‑required service procedures and warranty repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair recommendations and findings when needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of powersports service and repair techniques.
- Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, or similar equipment preferred.
- Experience with suspension components, steering systems, and drivetrain repairs.
- Proficiency in routine maintenance and major mechanical repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues using diagnostic equipment and service manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using power tools and specialized service equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation is performance and experience based.
