Class A CDL Driver – Southern US Only Home Weekly
Full Time
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR, not yard jockey or trainer/ school time) will run dedicated accounts exclusively within the Southern US (AL, MS, GA, FL, LA). Drivers are home‑weekly and earn $1,350–$1,800+/week. Full benefits begin after 30 days and include 401(k), PTO, medical and more, plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
This is 100% touch freight. Drivers load boxes onto a conveyor belt, then deliver the product to the store. Drivers are not responsible for inventory or merchandising once the product is in the store.
Drivers earn $0.46–$0.56 CPM based on experience, with a raise every 6 months until the upper limit is reached. Drivers average roughly 1,600 miles per week and unload 3 trailers, each with 1–6 stops.
Responsibilities- Run dedicated accounts in the Southern US region.
- Load and unload cargo using conveyor belts and other equipment.
- Transport goods to and from store locations following DOT regulations.
- Complete daily logs, safety checks, and any required documentation.
- Maintain the truck in a clean state and ensure secure parking for home‑take truck days.
- Participate in a 3–5 day training program (earning $150/day).
- After training, drivers may have a rider and pet in the truck from day one.
- 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years (no yard jockey, trainer, or school time).
- No major accidents in the last five years.
- No more than one minor accident in the last year and no more than three in the last two years.
- No major moving violations in the last six months and no more than one in the last year; not more than four in the last three years.
- No DUI in the last five years if the driver did not have a CDL at the time of the violation. Otherwise, no DUI in the last ten years and no more than one in a lifetime. No DUI in a CMV at any time.
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion.
- No more than three jobs in the last year.
- No more than six jobs in the last two years.
- No more than eight jobs in the last three years.
