Merakey is a leading non-profit provider of developmental and behavioral health services. We are seeking mission‑driven, compassionate, and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Slippery Rock, PA.

Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Slippery Rock, PA

Pay Rate: $16.25/hour

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (1st week: Tuesday/Saturday; 2nd week: Sunday/Friday)

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support and transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well‑being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
