The Manager of Partnerships and Pre-Professional Compliance is amanagerial role responsible for coordinating the development and execution of affiliation agreements and related documents between the colleges and external partners as it relates to internships and required pre-professional experiences. Position incumbent willtrack and maintain records of all contracts, coordinatere-negotiations, provide operational support, and ensure processeswithin all of the colleges align with institutional policies and procedures related to academic agreements, and programmatic and institutional accreditation.
Incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all state authorization requirements.
This position reports to the Dean of the College of Health Professions for daily supervision and logistical support, and tothe Executive Director of Academic Effectiveness and Compliance foruniversity-level coordination, regulatory oversight, and strategic direction.
- Supervise staff members responsible for maintaining clinicalplacement operation efforts in the College of Health Professions.
- Support the Office of Academic Effectiveness and Compliance.
- Oversee workflow for clinical affiliation agreements forinternships, fieldwork, and clinical rotations. Ensure alignment with all institutional standards and requirements.
- Coordinate the timely setup, execution, and maintenance ofaffiliation agreements for all clinical sites. Act as a liaisonduring the negotiation and review of contracts and agreements.
- Maintain databases, repositories, and software systems used totrack site affiliations. Monitor and track the full contractlifecycle, including initial setup, renewals, and amendments.
Support data integrity, compliance, and reporting functions to meetaccreditation standards, state authorization, and programmaticrequirements. - Serves as the primary point of contact for all affiliationagreement-related inquiries and ensures accurate and timely communication with the relevant University departments and stakeholders.
- Ensure that SRU and its programs comply with all SARArequirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Well-organized with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft and Adobe
- A successful interview and passing a criminal background check required.
- Experience working in an academic setting
- Demonstrated familiarity with basic contract language, terms, andclauses
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and consistency
- Experience with database management
- Supervisory/management experience (of people or processes)
