Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
- One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
- A current and valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Certification in BLS CPR.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will coordinate physicians and clinics at the program center as directed by HSS/AHSS, provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities, maintain medical records to comply with nursing practice and state regulations, and travel throughout group homes. The role reports to the Health Services Supervisor and/or Assistant Health Services Supervisor.
Shift Requirements8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week with rotating weekends (work one weekend off the next). Must be able to work both 1st and 2nd shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, on a rotating schedule.

Earn $29 per hour with the option of an additional $2 per hour for enhanced pay.
