Requirements- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current license as an LPN in the commonwealth of PA.
- One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
- A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Certification in BLS CPR.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for coordinating physicians and clinics at our program center as directed by HSS/AHSS. This professional position involves providing direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities and maintaining their medical records to comply with current nursing practice and state regulations. This position reports to the Health Services Supervisor and/or Assistant Health Services Supervisor and requires traveling throughout group homes.
Shift requirements: 8 hour shifts 5 days a week with rotating weekends (work one weekend off the next). Must be able to work both 1st and second shift. (6am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm) on a rotating schedule.

Earn $29/hour with the option of an additional $2/hour with the selection of enhanced pay.
