The Travel Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Slippery Rock, PA, with frequent travel to project locations. This role oversees daily field operations for environmental and infrastructure projects, including coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The Travel Foreman directs heavy equipment use, supports construction and carpentry-related tasks, and monitors maintenance and repair activities on job sites.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, communicating project updates to supervisors and clients, documenting progress, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role also involves training and mentoring field team members, verifying quality of work, and supporting accurate reporting of labor, equipment, and materials.

• Supervisory Skills and leadership capabilities to manage field crews, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability.
• Heavy Equipment operation and basic equipment knowledge for safe, efficient use in dredging, construction, and site work.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, site leadership, and clients, and for clear documentation.
• Carpentry and general construction abilities for site structures, temporary works, and project-related installations.
• Maintenance skills for basic troubleshooting and upkeep of tools, equipment, and site infrastructure.
• Experience in environmental services, civil construction, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to uphold strict safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to travel regularly, work outdoors in varying conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in construction or equipment operation is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; CDL or equipment certifications are an advantage.
