Residential Support Worker (Children’s EBD) | Slough, Berkshire
£12.50 per hour | 0–24 hours (Permanent – hours can increase following successful probation and appraisal)
We are currently recruiting for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a supportive children’s home caring for young people (10–17) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a 3-bed home, offering a nurturing environment focused on stability, positive relationships and personal development.
Shift Pattern12-hour shifts available (days and nights)
The Role- Supporting young people with daily routines and independent living skills
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Building trusting, professional relationships
- Ensuring safeguarding and high standards of care at all times
- Experience in residential childcare
- Or strong transferable skills (e.g. care, education, support work)
- Resilient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
