Position

The Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor are looking for a Casual Hotel Receptionist. As our Receptionist
, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people.

Qualifications
  • Previous hotel reception experience
  • Experience with hotel PMS, ideally Opera Cloud
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong foundation in customer service
  • An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
  • Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills.
  • With previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, preferably or a positive attitude and passion to learn.
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile.
