Job Overview
Join our team at Premier Inn as a Duty Manager at Slough Central South (Windsor Road). You will lead a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of our hotel and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hotel team, ensuring all aspects of service delivery meet Premier Inn standards.
- Maintain health & safety standards and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Create and sustain an outstanding guest experience.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Training and support from day one, with a clear career path within Whitbread.
- Pay up to £13.86 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.
- Access to the Whitbread Benefits Card (up to 60% off Premier Inn rooms, 25% off Whitbread restaurants).
