HiStory Hospitality is opening a new bar in a stunning Buckinghamshire country estate, inviting a Bartender to join the launch team. You will craft quality drinks, using seasonal ingredients and refined yet warm hospitality to delight guests from day one.
The role requires strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits and immaculate bar mise en place, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evenings, weekends and holidays.
