Operations Manager – Contract Catering Education – Berkshire & West London - £55,000 - £60,000 + package
My client is looking to bring an operations Manager in to join this established, Education Contract Caterer to take overall responsibility for the catering services within the patch which covers Berkshire & West London.
About the position:
This role requires strong leadership, experience in managing change and building new teams plus new openings/contract mobilisation. It is preferable you have area management experience in education catering.
You will be overseeing a mixed portfolio of 15 sites. It requires someone with a niche skill set and a real understanding of excellence to meet the client's needs. You will be well presented with an impeccable eye for detail, patient and observant. Excellent financials are a must with a firm grasp on what exceeding client expectation both tastes and looks like.
