Field Service Engineers - Specialist Hydraulic equipment

Locations:
Southeast England - Based in Slough, Oxford, Reading, Woking, Guildford, Crawley or surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Door to door paid travel
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000+

Are you a skilled Service Technician with a strong electrical or mechanical background? Do you enjoy working on a wide range of equipment and delivering high-quality service? We're recruiting experienced engineers to join a market-leading manufacturer whose service team is renowned for supporting household-name clients with fault‑finding, repairs, maintenance, and technical support.

• Provide electrical and mechanical support, predominantly on dock levellers and specialist loading bay equipment.
• Assist with installations when necessary.
• Participate in an occasional on-call rota and responsibly manage company tools, vehicle, and stock.
• Promote sales of maintenance services and equipment, including spare parts, and advise sales department of possible sales leads.

• Experience in field service or other relevant electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong mechanical or electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Experience with lifting equipment or similar (desirable).
• Welding experience (desirable).
• Valid certifications:
  Electrical qualifications, or relevant experience;
  Mechanical qualifications or relevant experience.
