We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer Multi-Trade to join a dedicated in-house maintenance team supporting a leading residential developer and housing association. This role covers West London, including Slough, Brent, and Reading.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating to occupied social housing properties, including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing, and patch plastering.
Confidently undertaking painting and decorating tasks and, ideally, performing other complementary trades to support plastering, painting, and decorating work.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)
