AC Engineer Level 3 – London

A leading M&E and maintenance contractor is looking for experienced Level 3 AC Engineers to join its London-based mobile engineering team.

This role offers stable long-term work across a wide range of commercial and public sector properties.

Duties

* Air conditioning maintenance

* PPM works

* Reactive repairs

* Fault finding

* Call outs

* Quoted remedial works

* Occasional commissioning works

* Schools

* Colleges

* Universities

* NHS sites

* Council buildings

* Student accommodation

* Care facilities

Requirements

* Level 3 AC Qualification

* F-Gas Certification

* Experience working on commercial systems

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Good diagnostic ability

* IPAF/PASMA beneficial

Package

£20.00 – £23.00 per hour

Company van and fuel card

F-Gas equipment provided

Standard hand tools supplied

Travel paid (30 mins deducted each way)
