Fabric Technician

Job Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Technician to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies covering London and surrounding areas. The role is multi‑site, delivering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.

• Building Roof – repair roof leaks and conduct quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork – repair walls
• Floor – repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
• Fabric – doors, protection works, office workstations, signage, carpentry, plastering and general shop fittings
• Painting and decorating:
  • Carry out minor painting repairs
• Plumbing and drainage:
  • Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks
  • Repair leaking taps and washers
• Joinery:
  • Wall, floor, and associated fittings repairs
• Ironmongery and hardware – repairs and replacement

• Basic salary – up to £35,262
• Paid travel time – door‑to‑door
