Carpenter – Temp to Perm
LocationSlough, Berkshire, South East, UK
Employment TypeTemporary – Full Time
Salary£25.73 per hour. Van & fuel card provided.
Responsibilities- Carry out day‑to‑day general maintenance in domestic properties
- Apply carpentry skills to doors, windows and UPVC
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting and greeting tenants
- Operate a PDA for scheduling and documentation
- Van fuel card provided
- Optional overtime and call‑out
Experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer or handyman in social housing or housing associations, domestic or council properties, or MOD. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain accurate records.
