This role involves managing project budgets, preparing cost reports, and overseeing contracts for projects up to £1.5m across London and the South East. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience at an intermediate level and a strong problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of JCT contracts is preferred.
