We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, carrying out repair and maintenance works to occupied social housing properties across Slough and High Wycombe. Working in partnership with housing associations, you'll play a key role in maintaining properties to a high standard while providing a professional and respectful service to residents.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive and planned carpentry and general maintenance works within occupied properties.
Completing carpentry works including repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, and flooring.
Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, plaster patching, wall repairs, tiling, and general making-good works to ensure properties are fully prepared for occupation.
Identifying and completing required repairs efficiently, ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout each property, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, record job updates, capture relevant information, and accurately complete and close works.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
Working efficiently to minimise void periods and ensure properties are completed to the required standard and ready for handover.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (essential)
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
Basic DBS Check Benefits:
