• Hours: 45 hours, 8-5 Monday to Friday + call out (Max 1 in
  4)
• Pay: Salary starting from £35-45k DOE + Call out and overtime = OTE £60k

• HIU commissioning, servicing, and repair and fault finding.
• Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first-in-class service.
• Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system.
• Participating in manufacturer and in-house training to achieve the industry-recognized qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times.
• The role may include some working away from home for short periods.
• The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

• A friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
• Full UK Driving License (essential).
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating.
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating desired.
• Previous plumbing and/or heating experience.
• Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding would be desirable.
• A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
