About Our Customer
An established fire protection contractor is recruiting experienced Gas Suppression Fitters for installation work across London and the South East. Sprinkler fitters who are willing to train in gas suppression are also welcome, with training provided on the hardware.

Salary and Benefits – Gas Suppression Fitter

Company van with fuel card and personal use
Fully experienced fitters: £45,000 to £50,000
Sprinkler fitters moving into gas suppression: starting from £40,000, potentially higher
25 days holiday plus your birthday and bank holidays
50 hours paid every week, even if less hours are worked.
Overtime available at time and a half and double time
All tools and hand tools provided
No call out rota
Training on gas suppression hardware
Option to join private healthcare after probation
Travel time built into the working day, with excessive travel open to negotiation

Key Responsibilities – Gas Suppression Fitter

Install gas suppression systems on sites across London and the South East
Collect parts from the company’s Berkshire base as needed
Train on the gas suppression hardware if you’re coming from a sprinkler background
Skills and experience – Gas Suppression Fitter:

Install or fitter level experience, not a fitter’s mate
Experience installing gas suppression systems, or sprinkler fitting experience with a willingness to train in gas suppression
Based in Berkshire or London, with access to the company’s Berkshire base for parts collection
