Salary: £26.19 per hour
We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join a growing Repairs team at a local housing association. This is a mobile role covering a property portfolio across Uxbridge, Slough and High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs).
Completing installations, servicing, repairs and partial rewires in domestic properties.
Renewing showers, immersion heaters and pumps, including associated plumbing (essential).
Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other compliance duties.
Delivering a first-time fix service with minimal disruption to residents.
Working independently across a mobile patch.
Maintaining accurate documentation and job records.
Following health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
18th Edition (BS 7671)
City & Guilds 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing)
