Classic Ford of Smithfield is expanding, and we’re looking for exceptional Ford Truck Product Specialists who are passionate about trucks, customer experience, and personal growth. If you live and breathe trucks—and love helping people build the perfect one—you may have found your home.

We are actively upfitting new and pre-owned Ford trucks with:

• Leveling kits
• Lift kits
• Wheels & tires
• Body kits
• Superchargers

Our goal is simple: deliver an immaculate, world-class sales experience while educating customers on the performance, capability, and lifestyle benefits of our trucks.

This role is for individuals who:

• Become a Ford Truck expert, specializing in customized and upfitted vehicles
• Educate customers on truck features, performance upgrades, and ownership benefits
• Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable sales experience
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and the local community
• Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve shared goals
• Continuously learn, grow, and develop your skills through paid training and mentorship
