Commercial quick lube franchise experience preferred.

* Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
* Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, brake, suspension, steering, transmission, and other vehicle systems.
* Complete scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
* Review repair orders and accurately document diagnostic findings and repairs performed.
* Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities and communicate recommendations through the service advisor.
* Perform road tests as necessary to verify concerns and confirm repairs.
* Maintain knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures, technical bulletins, recalls, and service updates.
* Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Operate diagnostic equipment, lifts, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
* Protect customer vehicles and ensure quality workmanship on every repair.
* Participate in manufacturer training, certification programs, and continuing education opportunities.
* Support shop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications###

Preferred Experience
* Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Service Technician, or Auto Repair Technician.
* ASE Certifications are preferred but not required.
* Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience performing maintenance, repairs, and vehicle diagnostics.### Requirements
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
* Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and vehicle components as required.## Compensation
