Job Description
The main requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and to be customer‑service oriented. CSRs need to speak with customers throughout their shift, handling various customer‑related issues. They must also be well‑versed in product details, services, charges, and other pertinent information needed by customers. CSRs will learn basic store operations, including making pizzas and product control.
