Now, we’re looking for a passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver exceptional training across a range of nationally recognised courses.
About the RoleAs a key member of our Training Division, you will deliver engaging, practical training to clients on‑site and at our Smithfield facility. Courses include:
- Height Safety
- Confined Space Entry and Rescue
- Fire Warden
- Work Health and Safety
- First Aid & Advanced First Aid
- Emergency Response & Vertical Rescue
- Fire Safety Advisor
- This is a dynamic role requiring occasional travel across New South Wales to support client needs.
- ✅ Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN competencies)
- ✅ Experience in emergency response including training
- ✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills
- ✅ Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- ✅ Written and verbal communication that inspires and informs
