Trainer/Assessor – Emergency Response & Safety Training

Now, we’re looking for a passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver exceptional training across a range of nationally recognised courses.

As a key member of our Training Division, you will deliver engaging, practical training to clients on‑site and at our Smithfield facility. Courses include:

• Height Safety
• Confined Space Entry and Rescue
• Fire Warden
• Work Health and Safety
• First Aid & Advanced First Aid
• Emergency Response & Vertical Rescue
• Fire Safety Advisor
• This is a dynamic role requiring occasional travel across New South Wales to support client needs.

• ✅ Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN competencies)
• ✅ Experience in emergency response including training
• ✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills
• ✅ Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• ✅ Written and verbal communication that inspires and informs
