Practice Audiology the Way It Was Meant to Be

AtCoates Hearing Clinic, we believe hearing healthcare is about far more than devices and diagnostics—it’s about people, relationships, and restoring connection. Our team treats every patient like family, practices evidence‑based care, and takes the time needed to truly listen.

We are seeking a full‑time Clinical Audiologist to join our Goldsboro office. This role is ideal for an audiologist who values autonomy, integrity, and high‑quality patient care in a supportive, patient‑centered private practice environment.

As a patient‑first practice, the most highly‑valued characteristic of a potential team member is kindness. Our patients expect (and ownership demands) that every patient be treated as if they were a family member. What we do is important; and it’s important that our patients feel comfortable and welcome by our staff (especially providers).

About Coates Hearing Clinic
  • Independent, family‑owned audiology practice
  • Strong reputation for ethical, research‑based care
  • 60–90 minute initial appointments—no rushing to the next patient
  • Deep
    community involvement and patient education
  • Collaborative, respectful team culture

Our audiologists are trusted clinicians—not salespeople—and are supported so they can practice at the top of their license.
