You will work closely with employees, managers, and leadership while serving as a key resource for payroll administration, employee relations, HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance initiatives. The role provides broad HR experience and the opportunity to make a direct impact on employee engagement, workforce development, and day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities- Support a wide range of human resources functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
- Maintain efficient HR operations and support workforce initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll administration.
- Manage payroll and timekeeping administration, including employee time and attendance records, partnership with payroll teams, data accuracy, and payroll processing support.
- Assist with HRIS administration, reporting, and workforce metrics.
- Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and employee development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors to address workplace concerns, provide guidance, and support positive employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment regulations, support safety and compliance initiatives, coordinate HR programs, and assist leadership with workforce planning and talent management activities.
- Experience in payroll or time‑keeping administration.
- Experience in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
