We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers you an opportunity to be a part of our vibrant workforce, where you will be instrumental in shaping the culture of our organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA.
If you are bilingual, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
- 1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience in the field.
- 2. Bilingual proficiency is a must.
- 3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- 4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- 5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- 7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- 8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
