Overall Scope:

This position will support different application groups on various key initiatives related to technology deployment. Additional responsibilities may include special projects. This position reports directly to the Global IT Director.

Essential

Job Responsibilities:

* Support Power BI requests, including support of the program management and technical configuration

* Support manufacturing automation initiatives

* Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling

* Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders

* Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents

* Identify automation opportunities

* Assist with project management for selected projects

* Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance

Job Qualifications:

* Strong aptitude for applications and systems

* Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

* Strong management and organizational skills

* Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments

* Proficient use of MS Office, Excel and Word

* Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of people

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Required Education and/or

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science

* 2 to 4 years of industry experience

* Power BI experience is a plus

* Manufacturing company experience a plus

* ERP experience is a plus

* Basic knowledge of ETL tools - SSIS, Fabric/Azure Data Factory

* Basic knowledge of MS SQL Databases

* Data modeling in Power BI

* Knowledge of web app frameworks.

* Basic knowledge of Python (or other scripting / object-oriented programming languages) and Java Script

* Basic knowledge of cloud storage with Azure
