Production Manager
We’re hiring a 3rd Shift Supervisor at Penn Compression Moulding, Inc. in Smithfield, NC.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced supervisor who enjoys being on the production floor, leading teams, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently during night shift. You’ll have ownership of production flow, team performance, and real-time problem solving.
