Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high‑quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services.
- Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
- Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
- Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in the State of NC.
- BSN degree preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Long Term Care healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems.
- Proficiency in admissions, discharges, assessments.
