Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plansAdminister wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentationMonitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary teamCollaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated careEducate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and preventionMaintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record systemAdhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care deliveryQualifications
