Join Chick-fil-A Smithfield as a Team Leader and play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting team members, and delivering Chick-fil-A's legendary service. This is a hands-on leadership position for individuals who lead by example and take pride in developing others.

Position Details

* Full-time opportunities available

* Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts

* Available shifts:

Opening: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Closing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Availability Requirements

* Must be able to open or close at least 4 shifts per week

* Must have Saturday evening availability (Team Leaders rotate Saturday night shifts)

What You'll Do

* Lead shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant

* Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork

* Support and coach Team Members throughout the shift

* Work stations as needed to maintain speed and quality

* Coordinate team member breaks and manage shift flow

* Open and/or close the restaurant; serve as key holder

* Count cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures

* Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs and concerns

* Assist with training new hires and developing current team members

* Model Chick-fil-A service and food quality standards at all times

* Maintain a calm, professional presence-even during peak business

What We're Looking For

* Must be 18 years or older

* Minimum 1 year of leadership experience

* Strong people skills with a heart for serving others

* Ability to manage performance and behavioral concerns respectfully

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork

* Professional composure and emotional maturity

* Comfortable giving direction while remaining encouraging and supportive
