Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty;
Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws;
Follow proper protocols for apprehensions, and accurately document and report all incidents;
Support leadership with retrieving and reviewing documentation and reports used in investigations;
Build strong working relationships with local law enforcement to support collaboration and successful case resolution
