Day Time Sat 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM Sun 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials as directed, and document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in required reports.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with site contacts and/or public responders during medical, fire, weather, or other critical situations.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
